- Utility Resource Kit - Energy Star Residential
Lighting Program
- Designed and assembled the text for a resource kit to be used by
electric utilities participating in a program to promote
energy-efficient residential lighting.
Client: Ecos Consulting, Inc.
- Guidelines for Ensuring Energy-Efficiency in State
Buildings: Design Review and Commissioning
- Co-authored, designed, and edited a report for the State of Florida
containing procedures and requirements for ensuring that state
buildings are designed to be as energy-efficient as possible and are
properly commissioned so that the design intent can be realized.

- Operations Manual
- Redesigned the layout of a company operations manual. Designed a
Word 6.0 template to facilitate the conversion of existing scanned
text into the new layout.
Client: Great Western Chemical Company, Portland,
OR (under subcontract to Metamorphix Consulting)
- Style Manual
- Designed and wrote the company Style Manual for the design and
creation of documents; the verbal and graphical communication of
information; and the mechanics of grammar, punctuation, and usage.

- Residential Alternative Cooling Techniques:
Technical Manual
- Designed, cowrote, and performed technical editing on the technical
manual for an informational program on alternative residential cooling
techniques. Contributed to the design of, and coordinated the
development of the customer brochure for the program—16 Ways to Stay
Cool and Save Money.

- Commissioning Agent's Orientation Manual
- Designed, cowrote, assembled, and edited this training manual and
reference resource in support of two utility demand-side-management
programs for commercial buildings.
